We are young and foodies. We come from different part of the world. We want to give a tribute to all the cultures and to show that it could be easy to take the best of the others.
The brand Minuit à Tokyo - 5h au Mali was planned to start in September.
Our message is simple: if you love my food, you will love my culture.
However, given the current situation in Beirut, we felt it was important to take concrete action to support Lebanese people.
We are aware that this moving subject does not push everyone to make a donation for various reasons that we respect.
That's why, we have decided to offer you a creation paying tribute to one of the Lebanese specialities: The Tabbouleh.
All the profits will be donated to Lebanese NGOs.
We expect this will hopefully motivate some of you to support Lebanon in these difficult times. The priority remains to donate entirely to Lebanese NGOs, but we hope that our product will mobilize more people.
